RETURNS:
DIVISN's 30-day return policy is designed to give customers complete satisfaction and peace of mind when shopping on our website. Underthis policy, customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item for a full refund or exchange. This policy applies to all products sold on DIVISN's website, including clothing, accessories, and home goods. To initiate a return, customers must first contact DIVISN's customer service team to request a return label. They will then be able to send the item back to DIVISN at no cost. The item must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging still attached. Any signs of wear or damage or any removed tags will not be accepted for return, and DIVISN will not be able to process the refund or exchange. Additionally, any final sale items, such as clearance items or itemsmarked as "non-returnable" are not eligible for return. Please note that the customer will not be refunded the cost of shipping. If a customer received free shipping on their order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
